WHunter Quest with the optional second half.
Quest NPC: Djivan Mertshak in Oasis

1. Talk to Djivan Mertshak in Oasis.
2. Djivan gives you a silver needle and sends you to Slick Svenson and his pet rat, Bucktooth, which can be found in Hodstock (NW). When you poke Slick with the needle he and his pet turn into lycanthropes! Both will CON red to the quester. The spawn time on the mob is about 10 minutes. Kill both, loot NTL item, return to Dijivan.
3. Dijivan sends you to Lynda Elmquist in Jethro's Pike, which is located in Jethro's Cast (S). Lynda is standing in a small building. Talk to her and she turns into a lycanthrope. Respawn is approximately 5-15 minutes. Kill, loot NTL, return to Dijivan.
4. Dijivan sends you to Marona Jofranka in Freeport; she is located north of the coach near the dueling arena.
5. Marona Jofranka sends you to Dravin Slaerin in the Merchant House east of her.
6. Dravin Slaerin sends you to Necrologist Ipstock in Hazinak, who can be found standing by the river in Hazinak (C).
7. Talk to Ipstock and he turns into a lycanthrope, and has a pet named Swarming Minion. Be sure that who ever has the quest logged is in the kill-group! Check you log to see if quest has been updated! Kill, there is no NTL to loot, return to Dravin. Return to Marona. Return to Djivan.
**NOTES** He may not turn into a Lycanthrope! If, you engage as soon as he spawns, he will not summon his pet. His Pet's level will change according to the spawner's level. He is easy to kill if you don't let his pet spawn, max Pr Ar Dr (Fr if your that good) and he will do 130dmg-400 per nuke. Engaged as soon as he spawns and he will not summon his pet. Also, if the spawner is in a group of 60s (people higher than him) the mob more than likely spawn Lvl 63.
8. Djivan gives you 2,000,000 XP.
9. Talk to Djivan agian, he asks if you want to join the Were Hunters. If you select "yes," he will put a "brand" on you preventing you from ever becoming infected by a lycanthropy. He also give you a level 30 ring!You also have access to the general were hunter CMs. Edit Text

Second-optional part of the Whunter quest.

1. The first part of the quest was exactly as sated in the above walkthrough. I logged the first part at lvl 30 with ~250 Tunaria Gypsies faction, and could get as far as getting the 2M XP and +100 Gypsies of Tunaria faction.
1.1 I needed to build-up my Tunaria Gypsies fact to 500+ in order to get branded and the ring reward.
1.2 As a level 33 branded WereHunter with 500+ Tunaria Gypsies faction, and with 1k+ Gypsies of Tunaria faction, I talked to Djivan again and got the second part.
2. Djivan sends you to intercept shipment on Siloth docks. I had to kill a Siloth Knight, who dropped a Parchment and Coin Purse. I used the Parchment on the Locked Chest on the dock, which opened it. Returned to Djivan.
3. Djivan sent me to Marona Jofranka in FP.
4. Marona Jofranka sent me to the Necrological Society, in Klick to talk to Necrologist Quenka.
5. Necrologist Quenka took the Coin Purse and spawned a Freed Spirit. The spirit is only there for a short time, I had enough time to look at quest log and begin speaking with it but it disappeared before the exchange was finished (didn't hurt the quest). After speaking with the Freed Spirit I returned to Djivan in Oasis.
6. Djivan sent me to kill Tserrina in the Siloth castle. An Incantation is needed to open her coffin, so kill mobs on floor, or kill a named Arch-Necro to get one (it took some time for me to get an Incantation, the named mob didn't spawn until after Tserrina was killed. LOL). Tserrina dropped a lvl 40 robe and staff. Loot and return to Djivan.
7. Djivan gives you 8.3M XP, and Charm of Gemile (lvl 40 str +15 wis +30 drd sha cl). Reward item will vary with class.
*** NOTE*** I wouldn't call this a "lower level" WereHunter quest, since drops and reward were lvl 40 gear. Also, I was branded before I received the quest so it wasn't necessary for me to do! It was an optional second part like on some of the other quests.
