Nope. It's not. But thank you for reminding me to actually look it all over
Lets go over the numbers shown.
0.0.0.0 - This is on every computer. It's your default gateway.
127.0.0.1 - This is your 'localhost'. Every computer has one. It's also known as a loop back interface. 'ping 127.0.0.1' should always return, or else your initial network is really hosed.
255.x.x.x - This is a netmask. It's not used to actually address your computer.
192.168.x.x - This IS an IP address, but it is not routable across the normal internet. This is a reserved section of IPs for private networks. Another range is 10.x.x.x.
The actual IP that my cable modem uses is not in the above list.

No luck on manually adding a DNS server to the router config.
I'll have to check the manual config on the PS2 network adapter.
