Nexus fun
Great time for our crew of 4! We got all 3 sub-bosses but came up short on the final dragon.
I double-checked the strats and forgot we have to attack from the sides and keep jumping in place. The "jumping" or any type of movement removes the stacking DOT which was killing us.
Staying on the sides and keeping close to the mob will keep you away from the tail swipe and frost breath. Of course we could have used a tank to keep it facing in one direction

Yeah, ya know I was thinking about this after Diana and I talked. We have kind of a joke in our guild about raid strat. Whenever someone goes over the strat with someone new or answers a specific strat question, after the Q&A is over.. someone always sums it up by saying “don’t stand in the !@#$, kill the thing.”  We all laugh… but in truth, that’s pretty much the strat for almost every boss fight.
